One thing that makes Howard brothers unique, is that we carry different products at our different stores. Sure, there are certain lines that we sell at all of our locations, but in addition, each store is unique and caters to the community that it is in.

Our Doraville store carries more industrial items. The fastener, plumbing and electrical sections are geared for those customers who come in. However, we also handle many residential customers in Doraville. Our Duluth store is a good mix of residential and commercial products, because our customer base is so evenly split.

Our Oakwood store carries many products that you won’t find at the other two stores. Being so close to Lake Lanier, we carry a much wider selection of stainless steel fasteners, chain, wire… We also carry more cooking and outdoors camping items because of the  proximity to the lake.

But did you know we also carry doghouses at Oakwood?

Clark's Woodwork Dog Houses in Oakwood, Georgia Howard Brothers

We are happy to sell custom-made dog houses by Clark’s woodwork. These are not mass produced. They are made one at a time by Barry Clark himself.  You can look at them and see the craftsmanship that is in every house.

Whether you have a miniature size puppy or a Great Dane, we have a dog house that is perfect for your pet.

The dog houses range in size from the XX Small which is 18″ wide by 24″ deep to the XX Large which is 32″ wide by 40″ deep.

The wood used is exterior grade siding and pressure treated lumber. They have 3/4″ Advanex flooring which has a 50 year manufacturers warranty. The roof is constructed with 20year life warrantied shingles. All fasteners are coated galvanized so that they will not rust.

These doghouses are a great example of the quality of products we sell. We want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We have built trusting relationships with our customers over the years.  Likewise, we do the same with our vendors. Barry Clark is a super nice guy who loves building things out of wood.

Do you need to change out your dog houses as it’s getting colder? Be sure to check these out before you buy anything else.
