Duluth Secret Garden Tour – May 18, 2013

Did you know that hidden in historic downtown Duluth, Georgia are some amazingly breathtaking gardens from some of Duluth’s master gardeners? Coming this May, you will have the chance to take a tour of nine of these incredible gardens.

This “One of a Kind” walking tour will feature nine breathtaking locations, each with its own secrets:

  • Trickling streams
  • Historic foliage,
  • 100 year old trees
  • Charming and quaint Southern porches
  • Meandering paths
  • Much much more.

Garden specialists will be on hand to share their expertise.

When is this happening? Well… Make sure you save the date. The tour is on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 10am – 4pm

The Gardens are all located in Historic Duluth. The tour will begin at The Strickland House Museum at 2956 Buford Hwy. Parking is free.

Tickets are $25.00 each and this includes shuttle between the Strickland House and the Gardens.

Howard Brothers is proud to be a sponsor of this “Secret Garden Tour” in Duluth. We will be on hand to support the tour, and we’ll also allow you to get hands on with some of the power equipment brands we sell. Knowing our team at Duluth, we’ll probably have some Big Green Egg or Traeger Grills on hand too. (perhaps even a Yeti Cooler)

Proceeds from this tour will benefit the Duluth Historic Society. These are great people who provide a needed service for our town of Duluth, Georgia.
