Howard Brothers Featured on Lost and Found on Discovery Family Channel

I guess we can now admit/mention the fact that we’re going to be on a reality TV show.

Over the years, we’ve often laughed about the fact that if cameras were in place, one of the greatest reality TV shows could be edited from our day to day business. We would have a fantastic cast of characters from employees to customers, and when you throw some of our vendors in, it would be a sure fire success. The challenges and solutions offered at Howard Brothers multiple locations is captivating.

But, until that day when some production company finds out about us, we’ll just piggy back on already existing reality TV.

Lost and Found with Mike and Jesse

Lost and Found with Mike and Jesse is a new show that debuts tomorrow night (Wednesday, November 11, 2015) on Discovery Family Channel.

Mike and Jesse are owners of Finders Keepers, a nostalgia shop with a focus on ’70s, ’80s and ’90s “weirdtiques” – in Ohio. You may have seen Mike or Jesse from their appearances on The History Channel series “Pawn Stars” and “American Restoration. In Lost and Found with Mike and Jesse, the two friends travel around the country to reunite people with sentimental items from their lives that they have given up or lost.

Now, I can’t tell you what it is that brought Mike and Jesse to Duluth, Georgia to visit Howard Brothers. I can’t even tell you exactly when our episode will air, but I do know that this looks like a really fun show that ultimately will make you smile and feel good inside (not enough of that in the world… especially on TV.)

Check back with this page, and follow on our Facebook page, because we will be sure to let you know as soon as we know the date our episode airs.

Here are a few pictures that I took from the day that they were at our store.

Here’s a news report from KGUN9 in Arizona that is a really good preview of what you can expect on the show (even though Mike and Jesse are a little laid back in this interview… they’re a bit more lively in person)

Hopefully, we’ll be able to post our episode later online if Discovery makes it available for online viewing. Let us know if you watch.
