This longer video is an older one and one that was never intended to be a public one, but as we look back at it, it's a great video.

A Ventrac customer was having issues with their compact tractor and brought it in. Doug Howard took 2-1/2 hours running it through some really hard work to replicate the issue. In the end it was education and just learning the piece of equipment that needed to happen.

The biggest takeaway for us from this video is that we really do try to understand what our customers are experiencing and want them to be satisfied. Howard Brothers is here to serve our customers and that sometimes means we have to field complaints and solve frustrations. Our goal is a happy customer for the long haul and not just individual transactions. This happens with everything from mixing the right color Benjamin Moore Paint to figuring out why a tractor is overheating.

We sell products we trust (and we use them too) and we will do what we can to educate and teach our customers about proper use and maintenance.

It has been WET in Atlanta and North Georgia in recent months! This past Saturday, one of our Ventrac Outside Sales Reps, Derek, met a customer at a property that the customer never cuts with a mower. He always cuts it back to clean it up with a STIHL weedeater.

His own tractor doesn't go in this area, because it will just do WAY too much damage to the area.

A dual wheel Ventrac Compact Tractor with Tough Cut Deck Goes in and comes out and does a fantastic job of clean up in an area that takes several days to maintain. The exciting thing about this demo is the customer realizes the more he'll use the tractor, the better he'll get and the better the area will look.

Ventrac Compact Tractors are amazing! We talk about it all the time, but when we get to see a brand new customer demo a Ventrac for the first time and he realizes how much fun it is to use... AND it works! There is no need for voiceover or fancy editing. Just watch this Ventrac with rough cut deck make short work of this lakeside overgrowth. Unbelievable. The operator is safe and the results are incredible.

Our first Field Day was held on October 30th, 2019 at Graystone Church in Loganville. It was a wet day and we didn't get to show all the attachments for the Ventrac, but it was a good crowd of about 20 Ventrac enthusiasts who got to see and got to get in the seat... behind the wheel... of the Ventrac 4500 Compact Tractor. Lots of good questions and lots of interest in attachments. Be sure to follow us for future events in your area.

Howard Brothers partnered with Synovus Bank and 680thefan to do a Ballfield makeover for Tower's High School in Dekalb County. We were able to come together as a bigger team and give back to a school that needed some attention given to their baseball and softball fields.

We brough Ventrac Compact Tractors to totally renovate the ballfields, we cut grass with Exmark Lawn Mowers for several weeks to get the grass back to manageable height. We used Exmark 30" mowers and TruCut Reelmowers on the in-field to really give it the finished look. We ultimately used the Ventrac Finish Mower to give final stripe on the outfields.

We had a fleet of STIHL 2cycle equipment to take care of some much needed tree lines and hills.

And, we painted buildings with Benjamin Moore Paint.

It was a huge project for a very deserving school and community. Hope to get to do it again.

Howard Brother's Ventrac Salesrep, Thad Pate recently renovated a ball field that had been neglected and needed some love. In a matter of hours he and his Ventrac transformed this ball field into a very nice playing/practice field.

He describes best practice use for how to rough cut in conditions where you aren't sure what is lurking beneath the grass and debris. He reminds us to use all our senses as we attack the project.
