As the season starts to turn chilly outside and projects are coming to the end at our stores, it’s the perfect time to start focusing on learning and training for our employees. With the slower season in full swing, we have the opportunity to take a step back and invest in the growth and development of our team. Whether it’s through on-the-job training, attending workshops, or simply having dedicated time for employees to practice new skills, now is the time to help our team members grow and prepare for the busy seasons ahead. And we all know how quickly the seasons shift from winter to spring!
This past week we were able to send our service mechanics from our 6 locations to an eight hour Echo Service Class.
This was a great opportunity for our service technicians! These guys were able to get hands on training with the Echo tools. This gave them the perfect chance to get their hands dirty with some of the newer products Echo has produced. Allowing them to see the ins and outs of the tools with trained individuals who can answer any questions they might run into. As you can see, they are getting in deep with the Echo tools during one of the demonstrations they had in the class. During the class, they were also able to touch on some older lessons and reminders about some of the other Echo products as well.
